ONCE YOU PLACE AN ONLINE ORDER IT CANNOT BE CANCELED

IN STORE TRANSACTIONS & IN STORE PICK UPS:

 ALL SALES ARE FINAL ONCE THEY LEAVE THE STORE.  No returns, no exchanges. All customers will be given the option to try on their item(s) before they purchase. If the order was placed online for pick up, you are given the option to try on once you pick up. If the customer is unsatisfied with the fit of the outfit, the customer can exchange for something else, ONLY IF the customer picks up their order within THREE days of their online purchase. If customer does not want to try on merchandise that is completely up to them but the sale is still final. 

EMPHASIS ON THIS:

For online orders placed as pick ups:
YOU CANNOT EXCHANGE YOUR PICK UP ORDER FOR SOMETHING ELSE WHEN YOU ARRIVE IF YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN ON HOLD FOR MORE THAN THREE DAYS. 

 

GENERAL ONLINE/SHIPPED ORDERS:

Customers will be allowed an exchange or store credit within 3 days of receiving their item(s) if they are not satisfied; this is 3 days after the package is marked “delivered.” No refunds will be issued at all.  After those 3 days, the sale will be final and store credit or exchange will no longer be an option. 

DISPUTES:

We take pride in our customer service and our willingness to help our customers. If you have any problems with your order, please contact customer service directly at 205-461-6107 and allow 24-48 hours for a response. Social media dm's are not appropriate means of communication and we will not be held liable for any missed communications via social media DM. In the event that you dispute an order for any reason, you will be blocked from ordering again. No exceptions.
